How to accept a service?
- The application assigns you the services according to your availability and you decide the acceptance.
- Accepts the service from the waiting module and reviews the information to perform the service in the asset module
- You will see where you are going and the total value of the service.
- Go to the client's position (you can communicate beforehand by chat to confirm the service or you can call them)
- Pick up service.
- Location permissions
You will receive the location information from the messenger when the app is running in the foreground (app open and on screen) or in the background (app open, but not on screen) on the Messenger's device. The application will obtain the location of the Driver through the IP address, GPS, and other sensors that provide relevant information (such as providing information to the company about nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points and base station information) to provide Services in a better way. By not having your location in the background, the messenger's experience will not be accurate in geolocation, therefore, access to this permission is essential.
- Service
The application will receive the information of the place of departure and destination, the location, the duration and the mileage of the Driver. For safety and quality purposes, you may video record the Driver's trip. We collect the above information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, taking into consideration the protection of Driver's personal safety and property, as well as the request to deal with Driver's disputes in accordance with Rutex rules.

- Call information
The App may record the content of the calls and messages made or sent by the Driver through the application, and will process the following information: the duration of the calls and the mobile phone number of the communicating parties. Said information is kept through the recording of calls, in order to verify the facts and attend to complaints in case of controversies, accidents or safety incidents of the Driver.
