• How do I download Smart-ID?
  Using Smart-ID is very easy: get started by downloading the Smart-ID app. Using Smart-ID for personal identification is free, totally unlimited and you can download the app on all of your Android and iOS smart devices.
• What is the ID app?
  Android. We use the Application ID (package name) to identify your app inside our system. You can find this in the app's Play Store URL after 'id'. For example, in https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.company.appname the identifier would be com.
• Is there an app to store ID?
  The Yoti app is your secure digital ID. It's the safe place to store your personal details, encrypted so only you can access them. When you need to prove your age, identity or other details about yourself, you can securely share just the details required without revealing everything about yourself.
• How do I find my Google Play ID?
  The Google Play ID is the unique identifier of an Android application. It can be found by searching for the app and finding the Play store web page for the app.
• How do I use Smart-ID app?
  Switching between Smart-ID and e-service apps on an Android phone:
  

  • open the service you want to log in, i.e. bank app or a website where you want to log in.
  • choose Smart-ID as your login method.
  • type in your user name and/or national ID-number.
  • your phone will receive a notification: confirm login on Smart-ID.
• How do I create a Smart-ID?
  Download the Smart-ID app on your new phone and create a Smart-ID account. Choose banklink authentication to create a Smart-ID Basic account for your new device. Choose Smart-ID from the bank link login options and follow the instructions on both your old and your new devices.
• What is Smart-ID on phone?
  Smart-ID is a convenient and secure way to access e-services. Smart-ID enables you to enter your Internet or mobile bank and other e-services securely and conveniently with your preferred smart device. You only need an Internet connection, as using Smart-ID is not related to SIM cards or mobile operators.
