TPE Testemunho Metropolitano

TPE- Testemunho Metropolitano is an application developed to help volunteers who are willing to do this activity, organize their tasks and volunteer schedules.
Available resources:
• Access: Enter your e-mail that must be the same as the one you registered in the TPE petition. It is not possible to have 2 volunteers with the same email. If this occurs the application will indicate an error and refuse you entry into the system when you log in.
• Schedule: Choose a specific point from the list of available points to schedule your time together with another volunteer. A calendar will open with the availability of free time. You will be able to choose the available time and you will be sent an email and a notification to your electronic device informing you of your choice, as well as additional guidance. You may have the option to cancel your schedule at any time.
• Waiting list: You can make yourself available or available for other volunteers to contact you to make an appointment. This will make it easier for those who have few acquaintances to invite to participate in the TPE. Your name will be available for a week, you can change the period and day you want to be available whenever you want, as well as withdraw availability. The list is visible to everyone who accesses this icon in the app.
• Report Cart Defect: Will be used for users to report the defect. The message will be sent to the point coordinator and helper. They will make arrangements.
• Ask for Missing Posts in Cart: This will be used for users to report which posts have run out. The message will be sent to the point coordinator and helper. They will make arrangements.
