The tool checks the registered WIFI networks every 20 seconds. If one of these networks has better signal strength than the currently one, the tool changes the WIFI network to this better one.
The signal strength comparison uses X*1.2<Y algorythm where the X is the strength of the current WIFI signal and Y is the signal strength of an other registered WIFI network. If the comparison is true, then the WIFI network change will be done.
In other words: If a WIFI network has 20% stronger signal than the currently one, the WIFI network will be swtiched to this better WIFI.

- Configurable percent value
- Possibility to confirm the network change
- Sending messages to the notification bar
