- 全て未読/既読の操作で、目次ページは処理対象外にした
- 小説一覧の一括未読化で、単ページ小説を未読化するように修正
- 設定画面の「目次更新処理で速度を優先して一部氏処理を省略する」の説明文を大幅に修正（ONとOFFの意味が逆になりましたので、値も自動で逆転させています）
