With the electronic patient file from pronova BKK, it has been possible to keep an eye on your health from home or on the go since 01.01.2021. You can easily save your medical documents or have the doctor send the documents directly to your EPR.

The EPR offers you the following functions:

Pronova BKK ensures the best possible protection of your health data. In order to ensure that only you or persons authorized by you have access to your ePA, we will identify you securely once. To do this, use one of the following options:
• Activation code: We identify you in one of our (online)
Office and give you an activation code.
• Selfie-Ident: Use the identification via the Nect app
from February 2022
• Health card (eGK): Use your eGK including the associated one
pin code

All data is protected in accordance with GDPR and you retain data sovereignty at all times and determine who is allowed to see the data.
