The Companion App to the 500K Step Challenge is a necessary tool to enjoy and feel involved in the virtual event.

What is the 500K Step Challenge?

• The 5,00,000 step challenge is to be done over 165 days.
• Starting from August 15th, 2022 and ending on January 26th, 2023. - Years to updated.
• Each day you are expected to walk 3500 steps.
• You can choose to take rest days as per your convenience.
• Walking in any location is permitted as per your preference.
• Walking while conducting day activities or at home counts as long as you are carrying your phone which has the app to count your steps.
• The challenge is designed to help you achieve your health goals in life by taking up walking on a regular basis.
• The challenge is designed to give you a daily goal to achieve and a sense of purpose.
