The FAIO Coach recommends a certain number of weeks in which you can achieve your physical goal with him. You get your optimal calorie target and can track your meals directly in the app with the calorie counter.
Don't worry if your weight stagnates, the FAIO Coach will recognize this and you will be informed after each week whether you are on schedule. If not, the Coach will automatically adjust your calorie goals.
