Actiwoo - Run or Walk or Cycle

Actiwoo is a social activity platform that encourages and motivates people to lead a physically active lifestyle. As we all grew up from being kids, somewhere along the line we have left our physically active selves and are prone to leading sedentary lifestyles. Our goal is to encourage and motivate everyone to be active. Hence the name Actiwoo. You start being active and then woo others to follow you.

What can I do on the Actiwoo Platform?
On our fitness platform, you can do the following:
1. TRACK - Track your fitness activity using our mobile app
2. BUILD YOUR NETWORK - Add friends, create groups with them and enjoy instant
messaging
3. FEEDS - Automatically share your activities with your friends to motivate them

TRACK
Run, walk or cycle and track all your activities through our GPS enabled activity tracker to give a clear idea of distance covered, time taken, calories burnt and the route map of your run.

BUILD YOUR NETWORK
1. Add friends
2. Create groups and
3. Instant message each other and also get instant updates on others activities.
There is nothing better than a social circle of common friends who share the same passion for being active.

FEEDS
Automatically sharing your activities and all your actions on the app to your friends is probably the best way to woo others to be active. Feeds help you stay connected with all that your friends are doing on the app and see how active they are.

SHARE
Actiwoo’s social networking features with feeds and instant messaging allows you to share all your actions on the app. Once you add friends and create your network, you can motivate them by sharing all your activities with your friends. Also, our automatic update feature of pushes out your activity summary to all your friends and ensures that you keep them posted and motivated about your activities. Share all that you do, because, sharing is caring.

NOTE ON GPS & NOTIFICATION ISSUES
Actiwoo uses GPS for tracking and recording your activities. We have noticed that in some devices, the GPS does not work properly and Actiwoo has no control over how the activities are recorded as this is dependent on the GPS hardware in your phone. If you notice that your activity recordings are not accurate in terms of distance covered or location map, please try to update the operating system to the most recent version. Since there is a device hardware dependency, there is a chance that sometimes recordings are poor and Actiwoo has no control over this poor performance. We have also noticed that Notifications of activities or instant messages in the app might not work properly on some models of phones. While we are trying to get all notifications to work as best as it possibly can on all phones, there are many device specific settings that are local and need to be made by the end user. Actiwoo has no control over these settings.

We request our users who face any issues described above to send us a report on such issues by using the “Support” link available in the burger menu and send us an email of the incident. This would help us ensure best experience for you of our app. This helps us understand various device issues that in turn help us work towards resolving them.
