"Physio Vital - My mobile pocket Trainer" offers an individual training for the home - with 50 videos to imitate!

Quality of life and mobility are in an unconditional relationship. Is the mobility restricted, which not only has an impact on leisure activities, the sometime difficult, but also to everyday life.

The app was developed in close collaboration with Dr. Martin Gruber, team physician of the Austrian Ski Association (ÖSV) and specialists.

The following three training areas see Physio Vital:
