Smoothie ingredients:
2 slices of pineapple
1/2 cup of blueberries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley *
1/2 lemon freshly squeezed
1 glass of water (about 150 ml)
* If you are pregnant, eliminate the parsley.
Preparation of the Smoothie to burn fat
Peel the pineapple and cut it into small pieces.
Wash the blueberries and blackberries well.
Add all the ingredients to the blender along with the lemon juice and the tablespoon of parsley.
Add the water and beat until you get a suitable consistency.
