Mango: Higiene personal (E)

"Training is an important part of a company's food safety program. This Training App is brought to you by the National Mango Board and focuses on the personal practices that employees must follow at the packinghouse to prevent handles become contaminated. Personal hygiene practices are an important part of preventing unintentional contamination of mangoes. Employees will learn different personal hygiene practices to follow when working with mangoes such as wearing appropriate clothing, eating, drinking, and smoking in the designated area and proper use of restrooms.
Each Mango Food Safety Training App includes interactive activities, videos, and quizzes to ensure employees are engaged throughout the course. At the end of each application, there is a questionnaire with multiple choice questions or an activity to verify that the employee has correctly learned the information presented in the App.
