Regimy makes it easy to get stronger, and is easy to customize. The app is completely free without ads on Android.

Over 100 popular weightlifting programs, like StrongCurves programs, 531 programs, and more are in the app to help you get started without a hitch.

You can:
- Easily record reps and weights lifted, and set your next workout session’s weights.
- Easily calculate what weight of plates to put on each side of a barbell. Set up rest timers and notifications.
- Track your workout in gyms without good cell signal. Once a program is downloaded to your phone, everything except images and videos will work offline.
- For 531 programs, the app calculates what weights should be lifted, based on percentages of base weights.
