In order to receive money through the MoneyHelp application, you need to perform several actions:
1. Download and install the application;
2. On the loan calculator, select the term and the required amount;
3. Click the "Get a loan" button;
4. When contacting our organization for the first time, click the “Register” button;
5. Enter your phone number;
6. The received code will be the password for entering your personal account, which you can change in the application settings;
7. Enter your full name and e-mail;
8. Fill in the profile with personal data, consisting of six points;
9. Select the amount of the microcredit and the date of its return;
10. Click the "Get a loan" button.

After the service checks the accuracy of the information you specified, upon a call from the manager, you need to upload four photos through the application.
As soon as the application is approved, a notification will appear on your smartphone that the loan is approved. You will have a choice whether to get a loan or refuse it. The SMS code is an electronic signature that must be entered in the requested field in the application, when agreeing to receive a loan.

The borrower can use the received money at his own discretion.

How to repay a loan
The borrowed funds can be returned through the MoneyHelp mobile application by making a transfer from the card.
The loan can also be paid in one of the ways indicated on the website moneyhelp.kz:
● in cash through the terminal;
● by bank transfer through any bank branch;
● through an electronic wallet QIWI Wallet.
All information on previous and current loans, notifications of refusal, approval, repayment date and overdue debt are always available in the personal account of the application.
