Through your personal user box, if you have a valid social security number, you can safely use the appropriate credentials to view and manage the messages that are forwarded to you by the government bodies.
Access via the credentials for electronic identification ensures that only certain registered user can log in Personal user box. To use one of the necessary credentials that is supported by the system NIAS (credentials are issued in the Republic of Croatia).

The PIN is not stored on the mobile phone, which guarantees the confidentiality of information about the PIN. In case of theft of mobile phones and mobile application attempts to access the Personal User Box, entering incorrect data in the application blocks the user's authority, which prevents undesirable access.
