MetroSANGER

THE PROJECT OF THE URBAN PEDESTRIAN UNDERGROUND

MuoviSANGER is the project of a pedestrian urban subway traced in the capital of the Municipality of San Cesario sul Panaro (Modena), in the residential and densely populated part.
San Cesario sul Panaro is a town in the province of Modena, in Emilia Romagna, which is about 16 kilometers east of Modena and about 34 kilometers from Bologna. It is part of the Union of Municipalities of Sorbara. In the municipality there are 9 localities, of which only one with more than 500 inhabitants: Sant’Anna (533 inhabitants). The municipal area is flat and is crossed by the A1 motorway and the SP14 provincial road.
MuoviSANGER, in short, is a pedestrian path structured to offer participants "standardized" references to effectively self-manage the physical activity of fast walking or slow running.
It is a path, located within the urban fabric, 5,900 meters long and characterized by 7 "stations" of departure, ascent, descent and arrival, whose distance and timetables allow individuals, or rather groups of people, to climb on a "pedestrian train" (trains) that moves at the speed suitable to be effective on the health conditions of the participants.
The seven stations are:

M1 - SANITARY DISTRICT
M2 - VIA PIOPPE
M3 - TOWN HALL
M4 - SCHOOL CENTER
M5 - VIA BERLINGUER
M6 - BASILICA
M7 - CEMETERY

The "trains" can be formed by groups of people with homogeneous characteristics and motor skills and therefore move at the different speeds necessary.
An important support is offered by the Facebook group MuoviSANGER because it allows the exchange of information, programming and self-management among the members, thus supporting the consolidation and dissemination of the initiatives themselves.
To "play" on the MuoviSANGER metro, and not only, use the application / leaflet, totally free, MetroSANGER, which consists of 2 projects:
• MuoviSANGER for the physical exercise of fast walking or slow running on the pedestrian urban subway, a "life path" protected and away from high traffic roads traced in the capital San Cesario of the Municipality of San Cesario sul Panaro (Modena), in the residential part and densely inhabited.
• MOVE by + SIT by -, to do movement exercises (resistance, strength, balance / flexibility), even of just a few minutes, in the living and working places.
It is a serious game for health and is the "leaflet" of physical exercise as a drug according to world health guidelines (read the application info).
It is zero cost and 0 km for people, zero impact for the environment, and high income for the individual health of those who use it.
It is an Active City project and, as for the other projects, it is supported by the Facebook page "Progetto Città Attiva", in which, at 9 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week, posts (short articles) are published on themes of physical exercise for health.

WHO WE ARE
Building in Project s.r.l. works mainly for Public Bodies (more than 170 assignments from 1997 to date) and is specialized in procedures for knowing and planning territorial sports systems, in project finance paths in sport, in the design of contents before containers and in the project of containers of movement to live and live better.
