KM Personal Training

Welcome to the KM Personal Training App. My mission is to help you live a longer and more able life through exercise and nutrition coaching. I'll be working with you 1-2-1 via my app and in person (Qatar only) to develop a personalised strategy to bring forward those positive daily habits to reach your goals wherever you are on your fitness journey.

Features on the app (depending on membership type) include real life trainer support, educational videos, personalised programs, nutrition support, workouts, progress tracking, integration to calorie counting apps, recipes and meal planning tools.

The KMPT app is free to download when you create a member account, access to content and features requires a paid subscription, which can be paid in-app and will automatically renew monthly unless cancelled 24hours before the current period ends.
